After the presentations, there will be an exchange of views and discussion with the participants. The following questions will be addressed:
– What are the experiences and lessons learned from energy efficiency support through Operational Programmes 2014-2020?
– How applicable are the recommendations based on the analysis of the V4 countries in Hungary?
– What would be the necessary elements of an effective support scheme for energy efficiency in buildings?
– What would be the ideal criteria for the next programming period and what would be the ideal conditions for such a support scheme?
